Complete disassembly and inspection

Every mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic assembly is dismantled, cleaned and verified.

Restored geometry

Slides are re-ground and hydrostatic surfaces are hand-scraped based on LAZZATI standards. Hydrostatic pockets are recalibrated to restore preload and eliminate friction.

New systems and components

All tubing, cables, pumps, valves, sensors and functional groups are replaced with new components.
