TR – Rotary Travelling Tables

TR rotary travelling tables are fully designed and manufactured by LAZZATI and represent the primary table solution for Floor-Type machines.
They are based on hydrostatic guideways, providing friction-free movement, high rigidity and long-term geometric stability during operation.
The combination of rotational movement and longitudinal linear travel (V axis) allows complete multi-face machining without repositioning the workpiece.
Integration with LAZZATI control systems ensures precise positioning and coordinated motion throughout complex machining cycles.
These tables are specifically engineered for large and heavy components, maintaining stability under high loads.

The H 0 system drastically reduces setup times by allowing semiautomatic replacement of tables or pallets.
By equipping the main table with four hydraulic clampings and precision centring systems, the operator can swap over-tables rapidly and accurately without full machine shutdown.
