Options
Option for Hydrostatic Boring and Milling Machines
H 0 – Semiautomatic Table Change
The H 0 system drastically reduces setup times by allowing semiautomatic replacement of tables or pallets.
By equipping the main table with four hydraulic clampings and precision centring systems, the operator can swap over-tables rapidly and accurately without full machine shutdown.
This enables significant productivity gains by eliminating dead time between work phases. Multiple over-tables become the new workbench once clamped, ensuring seamless transition and increasing throughput in high-mix environments.
LTS – LAZZATI Twin System
The LAZZATI Twin System (LTS) transforms a single machine into a high-output, semi-automated production cell.
Through dedicated CNC configuration, layout adaptation and accessory integration, the system enables continuous machining without operator intervention.
Loading and unloading operations are handled independently, allowing production to proceed without interruption.
Designed for maximum efficiency, LTS supports reliable 24/7 operation and is ideal for environments with high volume or unattended shift requirements.
G – Protections
LAZZATI places operator safety and machine protection at the core of its engineering philosophy.
Protection systems are designed to meet international safety standards while maintaining full accessibility for operation and maintenance.
Available configurations include perimeter guarding, cabin enclosures with controlled access, chip containment systems and safety interlocks integrated with the machine control.
All protection solutions are engineered to ensure compliance, reduce risk and support a safe working environment without compromising productivity.
L – Coolant Management
Advanced coolant management systems support stable machining conditions, extended tool life and efficient chip evacuation.
LAZZATI machines are equipped with high-pressure coolant delivery as standard at 35 bar, with optional upgrade to 50 bar for demanding applications requiring deep-hole drilling or high-performance cutting.
Filtration systems with paper filters ensure coolant cleanliness and consistent performance throughout extended machining cycles.
Coolant tank capacity and flow rates are configured according to application requirements.
