Hydrostatic Boring Mill Accuracy: 25-Ton Rotary Table Precision Test

Accuracy and Precision: The LAZZATI Advantage

Watch the video showing a circular interpolation test performed on a LAZZATI hydrostatic boring mill equipped with a 25-ton rotary table.

Circular interpolation test performed on a LAZZATI hydrostatic boring mill equipped with a 25-ton rotary table.

The test demonstrates the machine’s ability to maintain extremely accurate positioning and repeatability even under significant load conditions.

Long-term accuracy is one of the key characteristics of every LAZZATI boring and milling machine. Achieving high precision is important. Maintaining that precision over years of operation is what truly makes the difference.

This result is the outcome of the integrated LAZZATI technology ecosystem. The LHS (LAZZATI Hydrostatic System) provides friction-free motion, structural rigidity and long-term accuracy, while the L-DAS (LAZZATI Dynamic Axis Setup) dynamically adapts machine behaviour to the operating conditions, helping maintain high levels of precision and repeatability even when machining heavy workpieces.

The machine structure, combined with carefully selected components and rigorous manufacturing processes, is designed to provide reliable performance in demanding industrial applications.

Every LAZZATI machine is developed with a clear objective: delivering precision, rigidity and reliability throughout its operational life.

The circular interpolation test shown in the video is a practical demonstration of this engineering philosophy and of LAZZATI’s long-standing commitment to technological development and manufacturing excellence.
