LAZZATI Linea Floor-Type Ram Milling HB 2ML Evo4.0 for Powerful and Accurate Machining

LAZZATI is pleased to present the new Linea Floor–Type Ram Milling HB 2ML Evo4.0 , hydrostatic milling and boring machine with mobile column.
Thanks to the LHS – LAZZATI Hydrostatic System (hydrostatics strongly preloaded on all axes) the HB 2ML Evo4.0 has very high rigidity.
This allows:
– High Removal Capacity
– High Precision High Dynamic with top speed and acceleration in the segment
– High work progress even in the presence of heavy removals.

The HB 2ML Evo4.0 is standardly produced with an automatic indexed universal head with high rigidity, reliability and precision.
Designed and built entirely by LAZZATI, the Head transmits a power of 75Kw, a maximum torque of 1,200Nm and reaches 5,000 RPM as well as having the passage for the 35Bar high pressure coolant liquid both inside and outside the spindle.
Furthermore, the machine is equipped with a system, the DCS – Dynamic Compensation System, an in-process mechanical-hydraulic compensation system for the flexing of the RAM Mobile Headstock.

The Travels of the HB 2ML Evo4.0 are:
Column Cross Travel X= 3.000 ÷ 40.000mm.
Headstock Vertical Travel Y= 2.000 – 2.500mm.
Ram Mobile Headstock Longitudinal Travel Z= 1.300 – 1.600mm.

The HB 2ML Evo4.0 can be equipped with fixed floor plates and 15Ton up to 60Ton rotary-travelling tables, automatic tool changer up to 120tools, a complete series of accessories that together with the constant thermostabilization of the structures, make this innovative product a complete system, capable of adaptation to any kind of processing for the chip removal.
Like all LAZZATI machines of the new generation, the HB 2ML Evo4.0 is also equipped with the new simplified interface system LHI 4.0 – LAZZATI Human Interface 4.0.
Through a large 18.5” touch-screen connected with the main CNC (standard Heidenhain, optionally Siemens, Fanuc or Fagor) the operator has at his disposal a powerful new-generation man-machine interface tool.
