LAZZATI HB 130T Evo4.0 hydrostatic T-Type boring and milling machine from the Short Delivery line

New LAZZATI HB 130T EVO 4.0. LAZZATI High Performance Boring-Mills is pleased to present the new CNC heavy horizontal boring mill HB 130T EVO 4.0.
High dynamic, rapids up to 20m/1′, acceleration of 1m/s2, high working feeds, featured with LAZZATI LHS hydrostatic system , complete set of accessories, constant thermostabilization of the structures, make this innovative machine a complete system, capable of adaptation to any kind of processing for the removal of chips.

The HB 130T EVO is equipped with:

  • Boring spindle of 130÷150mm diameter,
  • 4.000RPM and power equal to 90Kw.
  • ISO 50 Big Plus Ready
  • The longitudinal travel of the spindle is 900mm
  • The cross travel of the rotary table is 2.000 up to 5.000mm
  • The vertical head travel is 2.000mm up to 3.000mm
  • The longitudinal travel of the column is 1.500mm up to 3.000mm
  • The rotary travelling table has a maximum load capacity of 15 up to 25 tons
  • Table plates dimension up to 2.000 x 3.000mm.
  • The machine is equipped by standard with the LHI 5.0 – LAZZATI Human Interface and is Industry 4.0/5.0 ready
  • It is available with Heidenhain CNC. on request available Siemens, Fanuc and Fagor.
