LAZZATI Linea T-TYPE Milling HB 2TF per l'Industria 4.0

LAZZATI is pleased to present the new HB2TF, universal milling-boring machine of the Linea T-Type Milling, equipped with an Extended Fixed Ram with a big section capable of maximizing the rigidity of the entire system, facilitating the machining of the pieces and optimizing the working range of the machine.
This new product is part of the LAZZATI strategy of supplying a complete machine, suitable for any machining of chip removal, guaranteeing extremely easy and ergonomic use of the machine and the best approach to the workpiece.
The LAZZATI LHS T-Type hydrostatic equipment on all axes, complete set of accessories, constant thermostabilization of the structures, allow the maximum power and rigidity of the machine.
The HB 2TF is equipped with an Automatic Universal Head A UA 360, 1°x1°, which goes beyond the center of the table both vertically and horizontally. Cross Travel of the Rotary Table X= 3.000 – 4.000 – 5.000 – 6.000 mm; vertical head Y= 2.100 – 2.600 – 3.100 mm; Cross Column Travel Z= 1.500 – 1.800 – 2.300 mm. Rotary table with capacity of 15÷30 tons. and dimensions up to B= 1.600 x 2.000 ÷ 2.000 x 3.000 mm, equipped with a double pinion system with backlash recovery that works on a rack with ground teeth.
The machine, Industry 4.0 Ready, is equipped as standard with Heidenhain numerical control.
As an option, Siemens, Fanuc and Fagor CNC are available.
