LAZZATI HB 2M Linea Floor-Type Ram Milling

LAZZATI is pleased to present the new Linea Floor–Type HB 2M, hydrostatic milling-boring machine with mobile column of the Linea Ram Milling. High dynamics, rapids up to 30mm/1′, acceleration of 1m/s2, high work progress, equipped with LAZZATI LHS Hydrostatic System hydrostatic on all axes, complete set of accessories, constant thermostabilization of the structures, make this innovative product a complete system, capable of adapting to any process for chip removal. The HB 2M as standard is equipped with an indexed automatic universal head with high characteristics of rigidity, reliability and precision. Entirely designed and manufactured by LAZZATI, the A UA 360 transmits a power of 75Kw, reaches 6,000 RPM, has a passage for the coolant both inside and outside the spindle. The machine is equipped with a system, the DCS – Dynamic Compensation System, for in-process mechanical-hydraulic compensation of the RAM . The travels of the HB 2M are 4.000÷N°X4.000mm Cross Travelling Column ; Cross Vertical Travel Head 2.000 ÷4.000mm. Longitudinal RAM Travel 1.600mm. INDUSTRY 4.0 Ready, it can be equipped with a working plate and rotary table from 15Ton up to 50Ton. Like all LAZZATI machines of the new generation, the HB 2M is also equipped with the brand new simplified interface system LHI 4.0 – LAZZATI Human Interface 4.0. Through a large 18.5” touch-screen interfaced with the CNC (standard Heidenhain, optionally Siemens, Fanuc or Fagor) the HB 2M is in effect an INDUSTRY 4.0 Ready product!
