Data is collected to allow the Company to provide its services and for the following specific purposes:

  • Hosting and backend infrastructure: For the operation and distribution of the website.
  • SPAM Protection: Traffic analysis via Google reCAPTCHA (Google Inc.).
  • Statistics: Traffic monitoring via Google Analytics (Google Inc.) with data anonymization where possible.
  • Displaying content from external platforms: Integration of fonts and media via Google Fonts, Google Maps, and YouTube (Google Inc.).
  • Registration and Authentication: Access to dedicated services (e.g., reserved area) through direct submission of data.

Methods

The Controller takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification of the Data. Processing is carried out using IT, telematic, and/or paper tools. In addition to the Controller, certain categories of authorized persons (administrative, commercial, legal staff) or external parties (technical service providers, hosting providers, IT companies) may have access to the data.

Place

The Data is processed at the Controller’s operating offices. Any transfer of data to non-EU countries takes place in compliance with Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR, ensuring adequate protection standards.

Retention Period

Data is processed for the time necessary to perform the service requested by the User or for the purposes described, after which it will be deleted or anonymized, except where required by legal or fiscal obligations.

5. Communication to Third Parties and Sensitive Data

The Company does not deliberately collect sensitive data (e.g., health, political opinions, sexual orientation). Users are advised not to provide such information. In the case of submitting CVs (e.g., belonging to protected categories), users are invited to provide explicit written consent as indicated in the specific information notice for candidates.
