Floor-Type Horizontal Boring Mill – High Speed, Rigid and Powerful

The new LAZZATI HB 150MM Evo 4.0 is the latest addition to the Floor-Type Ram Boring line of horizontal boring machines. Thanks to the full LAZZATI LHS hydrostatic system on all axes and the DCS Dynamic Compensation, it combines the highest rigidity of flat guide machines with extreme dynamics, lifetime precision and significantly reduced maintenance.

LAZZATI Hydrostatic Excellence in a Moving Column Horizontal Boring Machine

Designed for large and heavy components, the HB 150MM Evo 4.0 represents the perfect balance between power, reach and precision. The travelling column architecture, combined with the proprietary LAZZATI LHS hydrostatic guides, delivers unmatched performance on long strokes while maintaining absolute accuracy over time.

The main technical characteristics of the HB 150MM EVO 4.0 are:

  • Maximum Rotation Speed 4.000RPM
  • Maximum Power 95kW

  • X Axis Travel (Mobile Column)=4.000 ÷ 40.000mm

The machine is obviously equipped with all the most modern Industry 4.0 systems and is equipped as standard with Heidenhain CNC.

It can be equipped with Hydrostatic Rotary Tables with a maximum load of 20 ÷ 120Ton, Universal Automatic Heads index 1°x1° or 0.001°x0.001°, Pick-up Station for Automatic Head Change, as well as Automatic Tool Change systems up to 240 places.
