New LAZZATI Linea T-Type Boring HB 160T: Hydrostatic High Precision & Powerful Horizontal Boring Mill

High dynamic, rapids up to 15mm/1”, acceleration of 1m/s2, high working feeds, featured with LAZZATI LHS hydrostatic system, complete set of accessories, constant thermostabilization of the structures, make this innovative machine a complete system, capable of adaptation to any kind of processing for the removal of chips.

The New LAZZATI Linea T-Type Boring HB 160T is equipped with a boring spindle of 160mm diameter, 3.500RPM and power equal to 75Kw. The longitudinal travel of the spindle is W=1.100mm, the cross travel of the rotary table is X=3.000÷6.000mm, the vertical head travel is 2.000÷3.500mm, the longitudinal travel of the column is Z=1.500mm÷3.000mm.

The rotary travelling table has a maximum load capacity of 30 tons and dimension up to 2.000×3.000mm.

The New LAZZATI Linea T-Type Boring HB 160T configures itself as a completely automated machining center, able to work without the presence of any operator, that thanks to the rotary table, the boring spindle and the automatic universal head offers, above all, an elevated flexibility of working mixed with the absolute precisions.
