LAZZATI is pleased to present the new HB 150MM Evo 4.0 large-sized horizontal boring machine with moving column, an excellent result of the R&D of the Linea Floor-Type Ram-Boring Industry 4.0 Ready .
Thanks to the LAZZATI LHS hydrostatic system on all axes, the HB 150MM Evo 4.0 combines the rigidity of flat guide machines with the absolute precision and extremely high dynamics of the most recently designed machines.
The LAZZATI DCS Hydro-Mechanical and Dynamic Compensation system of Ram allows the HB 150MM Evo 4.0 to have absolute precision accuracy of 0.015mm over the entire travel, while the LAZZATI TCS Evo Boring system for constant thermostabilization of the Spindle and machine structure, allows the HB 150MM Evo 4.0 to obtain absolute precision constancy in any working condition.
The LAZZATI DPS-X double pinion with automatic backlash recovery and the LAZZATI LAS system for active stabilization of the machine axes, ensure the HB 150MM Evo 4.0 obtains values of rigidity of the axes that were unthinkable until now, guaranteeing a substantial increase in tool life and an exceptional surface finish.

The machine is obviously equipped with all the most modern INDUSTRY 4.0 systems and is equipped as standard with Heidenhain CNC.
