The processing of personal data, including sensitive data, provided when applying for employment and attached curriculum vitae, is aimed solely at managing personnel selection procedures. The legal basis of the processing is the explicit consent for the processing of data, including sensitive data, expressed by you during registration on our site and/or in the curriculum vitae you sent us in advance.
  1. Processing methods and data retention period
In relation to the indicated purposes, your data is subject to computer and paper processing. The processing operations are implemented in such a way as to guarantee the logical, physical security and confidentiality of your personal data. The data provided will be stored in our archives for a period of 2 calendar years following the date of receipt.
  1. Nature of personal data
Your personal data, even particular ones, which will be used for the purposes indicated in point 1, are processed. They are defined as “particular” pursuant to art. 9 REG. EU 2016/679, data suitable for revealing racial or ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of parties, trade unions, associations or organizations of a religious, philosophical, political or union membership, health status and sex life.
  1. Mandatory or optional nature of the provision
The provision of your personal and particular data is optional, but it is necessary for carrying out the selection procedure and failure to provide them will make it impossible to proceed with the evaluation of your application.
  1. Scope of communication and dissemination of data
Your data may be communicated to:
  • all subjects to whom the right to access such data is recognized by virtue of regulatory provisions;
  • to our collaborators, employees, in the context of their duties, responsible for processing the data provided by you in the context of the personnel selection procedure;
  • to all those natural and/or legal, public and/or private persons when the communication is necessary or functional for the selection of personnel.

If the treatment is based on the consent of the interested party, the latter has the right to withdraw the consent at any time. The interested party always has the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor Authority.
